How to use it
How to use the Quies anti-snoring mouth guard?
Before going to bed, bend the mouth guard and place it in your mouth with the adjustment strip no. 2 on your upper teeth. If needed, trim the lower guide to avoid irritation.
Test the strips (0 to 6) based on your comfort: reduce the number if it feels uncomfortable, or increase it if snoring continues. After each use, clean it with cold water.
