Spray 1 to 2 times into the throat before going to bed, without eating or drinking afterwards for optimal effectiveness. One application is usually sufficient, but you can repeat if needed.
Shake well before use. Hold the bottle upright and direct the spray towards the back of the throat. Best results from the first use.
