How to use Ménophytea Menophytea Silhouette?
Begin with an intensive 3-month course: take 2 tablets each morning with breakfast, accompanied by a large glass of water. After this period, reduce to 2 tablets daily for 15 consecutive days each month to maintain the benefits.
For better absorption, avoid chewing the tablets and take them regularly at the same time each day.
