How to use it
How to use Activa Well-being?
For recurrent urinary discomfort: take 1 capsule in the evening with an empty bladder, away from meals. Minimum course of 1 month.
For water retention: take 1 to 2 capsules in the evening, always away from meals. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption.
Tip: combine with regular hydration to optimise the effects.
