How to use it
How to use the Urgo lumbar electrotherapy belt?
Place the belt around your waist, with the logo centred over your spine. Dampen the electrodes and your skin with water. Secure with the Velcro fastening, insert the control unit and switch it on by holding the on/off button.
Select a programme (P button) and adjust the intensity (∆/∇). Limit each session to 30 minutes. Avoid contact with metal objects. Do not use on irritated skin or if you have contraindications (pacemaker, pregnancy, etc.).
