How to use it
How to use TheraPearl?
For cold therapy, place TheraPearl in the freezer for at least 2 hours. For heat therapy, warm it in the microwave according to power: 45 to 65 seconds (1250W to 700W).
Apply to the affected area (muscles, joints) for 15–20 minutes. Can be used several times a day. Always wrap in a cloth to prevent burns or frostbite.

Do not exceed 20 minutes of application. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. If necessary, reapply for up to 20 minutes.
Always test the temperature before application. Excessive heat or prolonged use may cause burns. Consult a doctor before use on damaged, irritated, highly sensitive, or insensitive skin. For external use only. Use only as directed. Do not open or puncture. Do not ingest the contents. For children, use only under adult supervision. Heating beyond the recommended time may damage the compress. In case of extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, consult a doctor.
