Silicium: Naturally present in the Body (3 to 7 g), this essential mineral plays an important role in connective tissue (bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage) and epithelial tissue (Skin, mucous membranes). Its content decreases with age. Our complex contains plant Silicium in the form of bamboo extract, which helps to restore joint comfort and mobility, and highly bio-available organic Silicium (orthosilicic acid), as well as :

Glucosamine: Naturally present in connective tissue, it plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity of joint cartilage. In many Food Supplements, L-glucosamine is synthesised in the laboratory from chitin extracted from crustaceans (prawns, langoustine, crabs, lobsters), which presents an allergenic risk for people with allergies or intolerances to seafood and is not suitable for vegans. The Natural Nutrition Laboratory has selected a non-animal glucosamine, obtained using a biofermentation process.

Chondroitin: Naturally present in connective tissue, it is an essential constituent of bone and cartilage substance. In most Food Supplements, chondroitin is of animal origin (bovine, porcine or marine). For ethical reasons and to suit everyone, even vegetarians and vegans, Laboratoire Natural Nutrition has selected an innovative ingredient: Phytodroitin®. Composed of seaweed extracts(ulva lactuca linnaeus and fucus vesiculosus) and sodium hyaluronate, this plant-derived complex mimics the structure and composition of animal-derived chondroitin. It contains no animal derivatives.

Vitamin D: By promoting the intestinal absorption of calcium, this vitamin contributes to bone mineralisation, helping to form and maintain strong bones. It therefore contributes to normal blood calcium levels and the maintenance of normal bone structure. Instead of vitamin D3, traditionally derived from sheep lanolin, Natural Nutrition has chosen a plant-derived vitamin derived from boreal lichen. This lichen, found in Canada, Alaska and Lapland, is the result of a symbiosis between an alga and a fungus. It has a vitamin D3 concentration of around 1 to 2 per 1000 (1 kg of vitamin D3 per 1,000 kg of lichen).
