How to use it
The soles of your shoes are probably removable - remove them if possible. - Place the Scholl insoles in your shoes to determine the correct size. - If necessary, cut along the line (near the toes) that corresponds to your size on the size guide or use the Original insoles as a reference. - Insert Scholl Expert Support insoles with the gel side down.
Replace your insoles every six months or if they show signs of wear.
Cleaning instructions: To clean the insoles, rub them with a cloth soaked in warm soapy water (do not soak).
