How to use Nutergia Ergydesmodium?
Dilute 10 to 20 ml per day in a large glass of water (150 ml). Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the product is properly mixed. A slight sediment or cloudiness may appear, but this does not affect quality.
Ideal for morning consumption to achieve the best effect. Adjust the dose according to your needs, without exceeding the recommended amount.
