How to use it
How to use Biofloral Nettle Silica?
Take half a capful before each meal, 2–3 times daily. A full course lasts 1 month and requires 2 x 500 ml bottles. Use occasionally or several times a year as needed.
Shake well before use. After opening, store in a cool place to preserve its properties.
