Adults and children from 12 years old: Take 2 capsules per day. Children aged 10–12: Take 1 capsule per day. To improve absorption of the active ingredients, take the capsules in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal. If sensitive, take the capsules during a meal. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity.
