How to use it
How should you take Ortis Fruits & Fibres tablets?
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Drink a large glass of water with it to aid absorption. Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and above.
For optimal digestive comfort, combine this supplement with a fibre-rich diet and plenty of fluids.

Dry extract of rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L./Rheum officinale Baill. – 496 mg/tablet) Concentrated fig juice powder (Ficus carica L. – 80 mg/tablet); Dry extract of tamarind (Tamarindus indica L. – 50 mg/tablet); Acacia fibres (Acacia senegal L. – 50 mg/tablet)
