How to use Listerine?
Use this mouthwash twice daily, after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (about 4 teaspoons) into a glass. Rinse vigorously for 30 seconds, focusing on the gums and between the teeth, then spit out.
Do not swallow. For all-day fresh breath, avoid rinsing with water after use.
