How to use the Propos'Nature supplement?
Shake the bottle before use. Take one undiluted dose: adults should take 5 ml three times daily, while children weighing at least 35 kg should take 2.5 ml twice daily. Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, away from mealtimes.
