How to use it
How to use the Digit tensiometer?
Place the cuff around your bare upper arm, about 2 cm above the elbow. Turn on the device and remain still and silent while the measurement is taken. The result will automatically display on the screen.
For best results, use it in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before bed. Refer to the instruction manual to interpret the readings and check the correct cuff size.
