How to use it
How to use Granions Chondrostéo?
Take 3 tablets daily, all at once, ideally in the morning with breakfast. Swallow them with a large glass of water to aid absorption.
For optimal results, follow a programme of at least 1 month. The course can be repeated as needed without interruption.
