How to use it
How to use the Braun ExactFit 5 upper arm blood pressure monitor?
Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, positioning it 2 cm above the elbow, and secure it firmly. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a table at heart level. Start the measurement by pressing the Start button and remain still until the result is displayed.
For accurate readings, always measure at the same time of day – ideally in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before bed. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement.
