How to use Pharma Nord ActiveComplex omega 3&6 capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal to optimise absorption. Swallow with a glass of water. This omega 3 and 6 supplement fits easily into your daily routine.

Concentrated fish oil: 280 mg
